FAVOURITE TRIP: I had a ball in Perth in April 2008 and my whole life took a great turn for the better when I came back home ?

FAVOURITE SEAT: I sit where I’m told anywhere on the left is fine but I’m trying to get race fit on my right side as well ?

?HOW DO YOU KEEP FIT FOR DRAGONBOAT RACING: I come to training 2 or 3 days a week and walk 5/10k x1 day and paddle my ski most weeks in summer
