What to Wear & Bring• A set of dry clothes and a towel.
• Water or sports drink (Sports dring bottle) • Cap, sunscreen and sunglasses (on sunny days) • Recommended Clothing-Tight fitting T-shirts and non-slip shorts • Recommended foot wear-sport shoes, sandals or aqua socks. |
