OFF SEASON TRAINING SCHEDULE (APR-MID-MAY)
Sundays 8:00 am (1.5 hours) -  Ross St. Carrara
Thu: 6:00 pm (1hours)  Ross St. Carrara
*Warmups commence 30 min prior to the above on-water times.


ON SEASON TRAINING SCHEDULE (MID MAY-MAR)
Sundays 7:30 am (1.5 hours) Ross St. Carrara
Tue: 6:00 pm (1.5 hours) Ross St. Carrara
Thu 6:00 pm (1.5 hours) Ross St. Carrara

*Warmups commence 30 min prior to the above on-water times.

What to Wear & Bring

• A set of dry clothes and a towel.
• Water or sports drink (Sports dring bottle)
• Cap, sunscreen and sunglasses (on sunny days)
• Recommended Clothing-Tight fitting T-shirts and non-slip shorts 
• Recommended foot wear-sport shoes, sandals or aqua socks.
