V-Insurance Group are the insurance brokers for Australian Dragon
Boat Federation (AUSDBF). V-Insurance has worked with AUSDBF to
provide travel insurance for AUSDBF.

This documents below include the cover that has been organised for those nominated individuals.

Please note that this policy does not cover all members of AUSDBF. To check whether you are a nominated individual please contact AUSDBF or QDBF

WHO IS INSURED?
AUSDBF including all State and Territory Associations, Directors, Executives, Employees, Officials (Managers & Coaches), Volunteers, Authorised members and State Teams of AUSDBF including Accompanying Spouse/Partner and Dependant Children.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD &  READ THE FOLLOWING ATTACHED DOCUMENTS BEFORE COMPLETING THE REQUEST FOR TRAVEL INSURANCE FORM BELOW WHICH WE WILL FORWAD TO QDBF.

Travel Insurance Request Form

    Note: If you are coming with partner, other family member or parents, please have each person complete a separate form.
    Please make payment for insurance ($45 per person) into the Broadwater Account with your name in the description   e.g. Jones TRINS
