The AGM will be held on SUNDAY 4th AUGUST 2013.
Normal training will take place in the morning & the AGM will start at 10am. Please see the attached document for the AGM meetings’ details.
Conditions for Nominating, Accepting a Nomination & Voting:
You must be a fully financial member of the club no later than 21st July to be eligible to vote, nominate for a position, nominate a fellow club member for a committee position or second a nomination. Fully financial members names will be checked against the clubs’ bank account. This means your membership must be showing in the account no later than 21st July 2013.
All committee positions will be available. Please consider nominating for a committee position or assisting with the running of your club by volunteering on a sub-committee.
Nominations for committee positions close at 5pm on Friday 19th July & all nominees names will be emailed to all fully financial club members on the night of Friday 19th July 2013.
Nominations must be sent to the club’s P.O. Box or handed to the club Secretary on the correct nomination form & completed prior to handing in. Nominations cannot be accepted in any other format.
Proxy Votes:
If you are holding a proxy for another member you must both be fully financial by the 21st July 2013. All proxy votes must be recorded by the club secretary prior to the AGM. Please advise if you are holding a proxy vote or giving your proxy to a member.
Venue:
Tee’s Coffee Shop is holding our booking. We will be in the function area inside the coffee shop, close to the tennis courts. Members are welcome to order breakfast / tea / coffee & the staff will see to our needs as quickly & quietly as possible.
